Laguna Coast Wilderness Park

From a trip to Laguna Coast Wilderness Park in late March 2011. Many of the plants there were in bloom as we hiked through, so our hike was very slow :)

Plants in family Asteraceae have composite flowers: what looks like a single large flower is actually many small flowers put together. I'm a sucker for 'em. Seen at Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.
